1. About Our Communications

APRC8 Travel & Concierge (“APRC8,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Aprc8 USA Inc., a corporation incorporated in Delaware, United States.

APRC8 provides personalized travel planning, flight and hotel reservations, private transportation, itinerary management, and concierge services.

We communicate with customers through telephone, email, SMS, and other supported electronic messaging channels to coordinate reservations, provide travel updates, respond to inquiries, and manage requested services.

This Communications Policy explains how customers receive service-related messages, how SMS consent is obtained, and how communication preferences can be managed.

2. Types of Messages We Send

APRC8 may communicate with customers regarding:

  • Flight and hotel booking confirmations

  • Travel itinerary updates and schedule changes

  • Airport transportation and chauffeur pickup information

  • Reservation confirmations and reminders

  • Concierge service requests and updates

  • Customer support inquiries and responses

  • Changes affecting previously requested travel arrangements

Our SMS Customer Care program is intended for transactional and service-related communications.

We do not send unsolicited promotional or marketing SMS messages through this program.

3. Customer Consent

Customers must expressly consent before being enrolled in APRC8’s SMS messaging program.

Consent is obtained verbally during telephone conversations with APRC8 representatives when customers arrange travel or request concierge services.

Before enrollment, customers are informed about the messaging program, the types of messages they may receive, message frequency, potential charges, and available opt-out and support methods.

Customers must provide an affirmative response agreeing to receive SMS messages.

Providing a mobile telephone number does not automatically constitute consent to receive SMS notifications.

Participation is voluntary.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving APRC8 services.

4. Verbal SMS Enrollment Process

APRC8 follows the enrollment procedure outlined below.

Step 1 — Customer Contact

A customer contacts APRC8 by telephone to arrange travel reservations, transportation services, or concierge assistance.

Step 2 — Verbal Consent Disclosure

Before enrolling the customer, an APRC8 representative reads the following standardized consent script:

APRC8 VERBAL CONSENT SCRIPT

“Can APRC8 text you booking confirmations, travel updates, and concierge details?

Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Our Privacy Policy is available at https://www.aprc8.com/privacy-policy and our Terms & Conditions are available at https://www.aprc8.com/terms.

Consent is optional and is not required to purchase services.

Do you agree to receive these text messages?”

Step 3 — Affirmative Customer Consent

The customer must explicitly agree to receive messages.

An acceptable affirmative response includes:

“Yes, I agree.”

Customers who decline consent are not enrolled in the SMS messaging program.

Step 4 — Consent Documentation

After receiving affirmative consent, the APRC8 representative records the following information in the customer’s booking or account records:

  • Customer mobile telephone number

  • Date and time consent was obtained

  • Consent method: Verbal

  • Name of the APRC8 representative

  • Confirmation of the customer’s affirmative agreement

  • SMS enrollment status

Consent records are maintained to document customer authorization and support communication preference management.

Step 5 — Enrollment Confirmation

After consent has been recorded, APRC8 sends an SMS confirmation before sending booking-related notifications.

ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION MESSAGE

“APRC8: You are subscribed to travel and concierge SMS updates. Message frequency varies based on your bookings and requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to unsubscribe.”

After enrollment confirmation, APRC8 may send authorized travel and concierge service notifications.

5. SMS Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on customer reservations, travel schedules, and active concierge requests.

Customers may receive multiple messages during periods of active travel or while arrangements are being coordinated.

There is no fixed number of messages per month.

6. Messaging Charges

Message and data rates may apply.

APRC8 does not charge a separate subscription fee to receive its customer-care SMS notifications.

Standard charges imposed by a customer’s mobile telephone provider may apply.

7. Unsubscribing From SMS Messages

Customers may unsubscribe from APRC8 SMS notifications at any time.

Reply STOP to any APRC8 SMS message to opt out.

After receiving an opt-out request, APRC8 may send one final confirmation message.

Customers will not receive further messages under the SMS program unless they subsequently provide new consent.

Customers who unsubscribe may continue to communicate with APRC8 through telephone, email, or other available service channels.
